No — Rodent Defence is billed as a single $165 charge every 3 months. That works out to $55/month, but you are not charged monthly. There is no monthly billing option.
Does the plan include the initial treatment?+
A one-time initial treatment fee may apply at signup. The exact amount and the initial service requirements for your property are confirmed by Superior before you enroll.
What does tamper-resistant baiting mean?+
Bait is placed inside locked exterior stations designed so that children, pets and non-target wildlife cannot access the bait inside. Stations are positioned according to the property, activity and access requirements.
What happens if rodent activity returns between visits?+
Eligible recurring rodent activity between scheduled visits is covered under the plan's re-treatment terms. Contact Superior with the details and we'll confirm whether the concern qualifies and schedule the follow-up.
