Four Scheduled Treatments

Four planned visits throughout the year to inspect activity and service treatment equipment.

Interior and Exterior Baiting

Tamper-resistant baiting is positioned according to the property, activity and access requirements.

Monitoring and Activity Checks

The technician checks for changes in activity, new evidence and areas requiring attention.

Entry-Point Checklist

Visible gaps and likely access areas are documented so the property owner knows what should be addressed.

Minor Sealing Recommendations

Re-Treatment Support

Eligible recurring activity between scheduled visits is covered under the plan's re-treatment terms.

Note: Rodent Defence does not include wasp or mosquito service. Structural repairs, extensive exclusion work and major construction-related sealing are quoted separately when required.
